Terrible service, stylist doesn’t know how to style African American hair. Woman was very rough and added product that was unbeknownst to me prior. Made my hair stiff, brittle, and DRY. I asked for a silk press and came out looking like I just survived a hurricane. Woman was not cooperative and barely understood what I was saying to her. She has a sign that says Wash and Set $30, ended up paying $45 DOLLARS FOR WHAT??? Ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE LADIES!!!
Tita-Thank you so much for your excellent work on my hair. You transformed me into a person again and I will always appreciate it along with everyone’s kindness and understanding! You literally saved my life, and I will never forget how great I was treated and how hard you all worked on me without judgment. Everyone was excellent and knew exactly what needed to be done and you did it perfectly and I feel so much better and I look so much younger. I appreciate your extremely hard work on me and I will always appreciate your expertise and sincere kindness! PLEASE go to see Tita and everyone at the Natural Beauty Salon Unisex near Carvel in West Haverstraw, NY. They can do miracles on all types of hair and problems you may be experiencing and trust me, Tita and everyone there will not disappoint you! Coming from the city, I was in a town I’ve never been in with my sister and 5 month old nephew. I saw this little mini mall and thought surely someone here must have a bathroom we can use (it was abouta be an emergency). I walked in and was instantly greeted so kindly. When I asked to use the bathroom the woman didn’t even let me finish before being like of course!!!!! She was so kind it felt like I was back at home with my grandma. I’ve never got my hair done here but that simple act of kindness and her attitude about it makes me want to try them out and I cannot wait to do so🫶🏼
Amazing experience! They all are amazing. I’m going there on a two week routine now. Absolutely skilled work. You leave and your hair is so shiny and frizz free. Tita is amazing!
My mom and I called and made an appointment for the next day. We were treated as if we were clients for years! I absolutely love my change.
